This tenant space at the Tri Main Building in the city of Buffalo serves as an ideal location as it is in a central location to the housing and program offerings of Cazenovia Recovery.
The space was designed to cater to the various departments that support Cazenovia Recovery, including Clinical, Financial and Revenue Collection, Intake, HR, and Executive offices. To create a flexible and cohesive environment are multiple break-out spaces for informal and formal meetings.
This 7,800 square foot build-out features an open office work flow with complementary break-out and work spaces. To afford privacy for clientele and business operations, the appropriate departments have dedicated and enclosed areas. To meet the growing desire for flexible work spaces, standing desk areas and break-out desks have been included within the floor plan. In the 1920’s The TriMain Building was home to a Ford plant which produced Model Ts, so the design looks to be a contemporary blend of wood, glass, and exposure of the original concrete structure. The bright colors and linear patterns are a continuation of the graphics and branding.
