Set upon a hillside overlooking a wooded valley, near the edge of town, this new 7,000 s.f. 16-bed residential treatment facility takes full advantage of immersing the residents into calming, natural surroundings. It sits immediately adjacent to the former residential facility, which it replaced. The existing building became the administrative offices for ACASA.
The original facility was renovated to become the Main Administration for ACASA, including spaces for community residents, an outpatient clinic and prevention.
The lower level houses counselor offices, kitchen, dining and recreation areas, overlooking the valley. The upper level houses the bedrooms and a lounge area for the clients.
