As a prime example of the quintessence of East Aurora, this project consists of upcycling two buildings of the past for a joint Town and Village Municipal Center. The former East Aurora Fire Hall, 21,085 SF, and repair garage attached to the Town Senior Center are knit together with a small addition between the reused buildings.
The building ultimately houses 7 different departments with individual offices and reception areas for the public, along with shared amenity spaces and public meeting rooms. Of these spaces, the focal is the 2,043 sq. ft. meeting room that will host the Town and Village Board meetings, along with public gatherings and seminars.
