To help enhance the Assisted Living program of the community, the rooms are being reworked to offer more single bedrooms and add 5 additional beds to the facility.

Along with reworking the bedrooms, neighborhood lounges and serveries are to be added for the residents, 4 in total. Additional amenities offered to the residents with be a larger activities space, family lounge, meditation space, and some 3 season balconies.

To further serve the needs of its residents, a full service OTPT is to be added to the Assisted Living Wing of the facility. In addition to the OTPT there will be 9 additional beds added to serve the On the first floor of the OTPT addition will be additional amenities and support spaces for the staff to serve the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facility.
