ORCHARD PARK FIRE DISTRICT CENTRAL STATION | Orchard Park, NY

This project was a complete renovation of the existing Orchard Park Fire District Central Station of approximately 21,000 s.f. The refreshed spaces feature all new finishes and systems throughout. The renovations included full renovation of the apparatus bay, commercial kitchen, meeting room, gathering bars, offices, and bathrooms. All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were rebuilt. This multiple prime construction effort took place over approximately 12 months while generally maintaining emergency operations throughout.
